When will my order ship?
Normally, your order will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Bulk orders may need more time, but extended shipping times will be communicated to you via email.
Do you process exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Custom Apparel can not be exchanged. If you need to exchange any Soulful Threadz item, send us an email at info@soulfulthreadz.com.
Are your shirts true to size?
Our sizes range from S - 3XL. We use unisex tees and it is suggested that women should order one size DOWN to have a more fitted look. If you should have any questions regarding sizing, please email us.
Can I get a refund?
We will accommodate a refunds under certain circumstances. Please contact us at info@soulfulthreadz.com to see if your order qualifies for a refund.
Do you process orders on the weekends?
We do not process or work on any orders over the weekend. If you place an order over the weekend your order will go into processing on the next business day.
